Refund and Cancellation Policy

At MandiBee, we take pride in offering fresh, high-quality products. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Returns or Refunds

  • All products sold by MandiBee are fresh and made to order.
  • Due to food safety and quality assurance, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • No refunds will be issued for any purchases made on our website.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has been prepared or is in transit for pickup, it cannot be canceled.
  • To request a cancellation within the allowed timeframe, please email us at mandi@mandibee.org.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.
  • We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, offer a replacement if the issue is confirmed.
  • To report an issue, email us at mandi@mandibee.org with a description and photos of the product.

4. Pickup Policy

  • All orders must be picked up at Once Upon A Co-op, 3025 N Lindbergh Blvd, St Ann, MO 63074.
  • Orders not picked up on the scheduled day will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
